Welcome to an exciting chapter in our journey! Today, I’m thrilled to share how we prioritized team alignment as a key component of our rebrand process. Our goals were clear: Inspire, Motivate, Inform & Educate, and Align.
INSPIRE: Turning Steps into Strides
Our journey began with a personal story about Dan & Tim’s beginnings—starting with Dan’s big red truck and evolving from their first office in 2012 to a dynamic team of 32 (and growing). We unveiled our new values statement:
We have unwavering vision, we put people first, we are fueled by passion & optimism, and we inspire with empathy. We are dedicated to hard work, and believe in being credible, yet simple.
The big reveal was a highlight—our old logo transforming into the new one, set to the beats of “Air Force Ones” by Nelly. Dan & Tim walked in wearing custom Nike sneakers, embodying our commitment to taking meaningful steps forward.
MOTIVATE: Every Step Counts
We celebrated our team’s dedication with Employee of the Quarter bonuses and rallied around our New Day 1 vision. Our mantra: “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step—let’s make each one count together.”
INFORM & EDUCATE: Stepping into Growth
We shared insights from our Leadership offsite, aligned with our new mission, and reiterated how we help advisors deliver financial certainty. Key discussions included:
1. How our new brand infuses meaning and heart.
2. Clarifying who we are and who we are not.
3. The story behind our brand and its significance.
Additional gifts—mousepads featuring our mission and branded pattern socks—tied back to our theme, reinforcing our commitment to growth and unity.
ALIGN: Moving Forward Together
We presented the evolution of our marketing, highlighting how it supports:
1. Core Income’s brand.
2. Our internal teams.
3. The advisors we work with.
We also focused on key areas in Sales & Operations, ensuring we’re all moving in unison. At Core Income, we step together, united by our Core Values and mission to: Help Advisors Deliver Financial Certainty.
We cruised into the night via boat cruise at Al & Alma’s to celebrate the past, leap into the future and make a New Day 1 to Last.
